Each class offers an affirmation and focuses on a particular region of the body (ex. "I am open to receive...", focusing on the heart chakra and chest opening sequences).
Trauma Informed Yoga is fundamentally invitational, meaning that you can choose what offerings you’d like to incorporate into your practice as you move through the class. In other words, you don’t have to do what the instructor is doing! Feel free to follow along or follow your own inspiration✨
