Trauma Sensitive Yoga Trained
Liz is the owner and lead instructor at Luna, where she creates a safe and welcoming space for students to reconnect with themselves through mindful movement. Specializing in trauma-informed yoga, she believes that yoga is a practice of coming home to the body and our internal landscape—one intentional breath and movement at a time.
Her classes emphasize slower, purposeful sequences designed to link breath with movement and cultivate inner awareness. With a focus on accessibility, she thoughtfully incorporates props like blocks and bolsters to support every student’s unique body and experience.
Liz is dedicated to fostering a beginner-friendly, compassionate environment where students can move at their own pace, honor their boundaries, and explore what healing feels like on and off the mat.

Taylor is a passionate yoga teacher whose practice is rooted in balance, intuition, and connection to nature. Taylor creates classes that nourish both body and spirit. Her teaching blends mindful movement with breath work and gentle alignment, offering a space where students can explore their own inner wisdom.
Whether guiding a Vinyasa or Restorative flow, Taylor invites students to reconnect with their roots and rise with intention. Her approach is warm, inclusive, and inspired by the belief that healing begins with awareness and self-compassion.
Outside the studio, Taylor is the creative force for the YouTube channel Balance with Taylor, where she shares practices, insights, and inspiration for living in harmony with the natural world.
