Virtual Trauma Informed Yoga

Begin exploring what it's like to "come back to your body" in a compassionate environment and rekindle your mind-body connection! These classes guide you through moments of mindfulness, intentional movement, and breath work to promote empowered self-awareness. Each class offers an affirmation and focuses on a particular region of the body (ex. "I am open to receive...", focusing on the heart chakra and chest opening sequences). Classes may include the use of sound bowls, eye masks to aid relaxation, and aromatherapy. Trauma Informed Yoga is fundamentally invitational, meaning that you can choose what instructor offerings you’d like to incorporate into your practice. In other words, you don’t have to do what the instructor is doing!
