Trauma Informed Yoga

Begin exploring what it's like to "come back to your body" in a compassionate environment and rekindle your mind-body connection! These classes guide you through moments of mindfulness, intentional movement, and breath work to promote empowered self-awareness. Each class offers an affirmation and focuses on a particular region of the body (ex. "I am open to receive...", focusing on the heart chakra and chest opening sequences).
