Every position cued in this class can be modified or enhanced with the use of a chair! A chair in Yoga doesn’t negate the wisdom of or challenge in a pose. Rather, it’s a tool to elevate your experience of how the pose feels in your body. Make no mistake, this class offers all the benefits of yoga—stretching, strengthening, and breath awareness all while seated, standing, or using a chair for support.
