Beginner's Yoga: Flow for Newbies

This class is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to come back to the very basics. We will focus on building a solid foundation by introducing basic forms, alignment principles, and breath awareness. Facilitator prompts will guide you through a gentle flow and modifications will be provided and cued throughout the class. No materials or experience is necessary, so come as you are!
